Welcome to TicketForge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web dashboard and associated Discord bot (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Evolex ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

TicketForge provides a configurable dashboard for managing a Discord ticket bot. The Service allows users to create, customize, and manage ticket panels, support workflows, automation, and view statistics related to ticket activity on their Discord server. The features available to you may depend on your subscription plan.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Discord account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for the security of your account.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating Discord's Terms of Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you configure and the management of roles/permissions within your Discord server.

3. Subscription & Payments

Billing By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Downgrades & Data Upon subscription expiry or cancellation, your server reverts to the Free plan. Statistics and logs older than 7 days will be deleted automatically in accordance with Free plan limits.

4. Data & Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the content and configuration data you provide.
  • Our Service: We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including software and graphics.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Evolex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
