Evolex ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TicketForge service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Discord Identity: User ID, username, and avatar (via Discord OAuth2). We do not store the user's email.
- Configuration Data: Settings for ticket panels, messages, roles, channels, and automation rules required for the bot to function.
B. Automated Collection
- Usage Logs: History of actions performed on the dashboard (auditing).
- Statistics: Aggregated data on ticket counts, claim times, and staff performance.
- Transcripts: When requested, we temporarily process message content to generate HTML files for download.
- Community Templates: If you create a public template, your panel configuration is stored for public use.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Service
- To customize panel settings
- To display historical data & stats
- To process premium payments
- To provide customer support
- To monitor service stability
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with:
- Service Providers: Hosting providers (cloud services) and Payment processors (Stripe) to facilitate the service.
- Legal Obligations: If required by law to protect rights, property, or safety of the service or others.
4. Retention & Deletion
We generally retain data while your server is active. However, we enforce strict automated retention policies:
- Free Tier: Statistics and audit logs are retained for 7 days. Older data is permanently deleted automatically.
- Inactive Servers: If the bot is removed from a server, all configuration data is retained for a 6-month grace period before being permanently purged.
- Templates: Unused community templates are automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your configurations via the dashboard at any time. For complete account data removal requests, please contact support.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
